• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Items bought during a sale or with discount codes may not be eligible for return. Please refer to the product description.

2. Pickup/Shipping: We will schedule a reverse pickup or guide you to self-ship the item to our address.

4. Refunds: If applicable, refunds will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 5–7 working days.
